Local H started in Illinois like any band they played locally for some time then finally got a break. And a record deal from Island music. What's rather interesting about the band is that they only have two members (Joe Daniels-drums & Scott Lucas-guitars,etc.). Social Distortion began touring in 1981 with the release of "Mommy's Little Monster". And have been Rocking ever since.The band members are Mike Ness, Dennis Dannell, John Maurer, and Chuck Biscuits. There songs rock but also have a good message behind them. My favorite phrase is "Love and Death Don't mean a thing 'till the angels sing!"This is from their latest album White Heat, White light, White trash.
